Goodbye August and Another Tag!!

Guys, I hate to break it to you, but today is the last day of August. That's right, tomorrow is September. Autumn is on its way, summer is leaving. On the bright side, I. Love. Autumn. There's something about it that just makes me happy! (Lauren, this is inspired by your post!) Jumpers, leggings, thick tights, long sleeve tops, hats, gloves, hot chocolate, crusty leaves on the ground and Halloween!!! I don't know about you guys, but I love that kind of crisp weather where it's cold outside, there are red and brown leaves on the ground, but the sun is out. That weather is actually perfect.

Enough about autumn!! I'm feeling like you guys need a quick little life update *woooooooo*. So, Tuesday is my last day of the summer holidays... Let me tell you now, I am seriously not looking forward to going back to school. Usually by this time I'm dying to go back, but I'm not feeling it so much this year. The only thing I'm looking forward to is seeing my friends again, but other than that, nothing.

To spice this post up a bit, I've decided to do ANOTHER tag! Basically, I thought because you guys don't actually know me very well, I'm going to do the TMI (too much information) tag!

1. What are you wearing? Black leggings from Peacocks, a black vest from George and a white flowy top from Topshop!

5. How much do you weigh? Ummm, I haven't weighed myself in years so I have no idea!

9. Favourite show? Modern Family! And Robin Hood.

11. Something you miss? Well, my parents divorced a couple of years ago, so I don't get to see my dad as much as I used to. Probably my dad.
12. Favourite song? At the moment, Oblivion by the Indians.
13. How old are you? 14 years old.
14. Zodiac sign? Aquarius! I love it :D
15. Quality you look for in a partner? A boy who likes me for who I am, someone I can be strange, loud self around.

17: Favourite actor? I also have a few... but Johnny Depp, Robin Williams and Chloe Grace Moretz are just a few.

20: Where do you go when you're sad? Usually I'll go to my bathroom (don't know why), but I like going to my room because then I can curl up on my bed.
21: How long does it take you to shower? Not long at all, 5-10 minutes usually!
22: How long does it take you to get ready in the morning? During school time, usually 5-15 minutes! But on the weekend, I never know what to wear, so I spend most of my time deciding.

Summer Rewind

Hola guys! I am really sorry for not posting, but I've been kind of busy lately... I was in the hospital Friday, resting Saturday and yesterday I went to Oakwood (a theme park for those who don't know) for my friend's birthday!! But basically, my summer has been hasn't been as amazing as I wanted it to be. To be honest, it's probably been one of my worst ones...

So today I will be doing the Summer Rewind tag (I guess it's a tag)! I wasn't tagged by anyone but I saw it on MorningTime4's blog and thought I would do it!

Summer activities

1. So one of the first thing's I did during my summer holidays was a Summer Acting Workshop with my stage school :) Basically, we learnt songs and dances on the first day, and on the second we found out our parts! From then until Friday, we just practiced and practiced! Finally, on Friday we did the show in front of our parents! It was so much fun and I enjoyed every second of it! Also, I got to make new friends!

2. This is a photo I took at a friend's house. One of my step-dad's close friends from school, invited us to go to a barbecue at their parent's house! It was so beautiful. We had an old styled barbecue next to the river, whilst our dogs swam.

 3. Cardiff Bay! This a photo my mum took whilst on one of those big rides where you sit on those swings and swing around!! She took this before we went to see "Cats" in the theatre! I cannot explain how much I loved it. The songs were amazing, the cast were incredible and the best bit: during the interval, one of the cats in the show called Old Deuteronomy, stayed on the stage and I went up to him and got his autograph!!

4. Guys... I went to the Harry Potter Studios in London and oh my god... It was one of the best days of my life. I cried (happy tears) twice, I was so overwhelmed by how much Harry Potter means to me. I took over 200 photos, but I'm obviously not going to show them all to you... This was outside just before going in, I was extremely happy at this time and couldn't believe how lucky I was.

5. I'M GOING TO WILLY WONKA'S CHOCOLATE FACTORY. I found a Wonka bar in a sweet shop in Oxford, and was so excited when I read on the back "5 lucky winners will find a golden ticket inside!" Once I opened the bar and found it, I freaked out. I am a strange person. Then when eventually my friend Ellie told me they probably put golden tickets in all of the bars, I was a little sad... But, I still have a golden ticket!!

6. Top of the world!! This photo is of my friend, Georgia and me (well, our fingers). We basically just climbed this little hut thing in a park and said we were on top of the world! This was near where she lived in Penarth and these boys kept skating down past us, yelling hello in different languages. Also, this is where I tried the extremely sour sweets called Toxic Waste - not that sour!

7. Ice cream!!! I am so fussy with ice cream... This photo is of the only kind of ice cream I like, the whippy creamy kind. I don't like the normal kind of ice cream like everyone else. So I took this photo at Oakwood yesterday, whilst with my friends Harri and Ben. Our other friends were on the ride called Megaphobia, but I couldn't ride it due to back pain... So, I bought an ice cream!!

My answers

1. I got out of school on  Friday 18th July!

2. I am heading back to school on Wednesday 3rd September. (Wednesday, really school?)

3. Ooh... Three songs on my summer playlist would probably be: Way Back When by Kodaline, I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) originally by The Proclaimers but I've been listening to a version by Sleeping At Last, and the last one would be Friend Like Me from Aladdin, just as a tribute to Robin Williams.

4. Oh wow... I absolutely LOVE beaches, but swimming pools are awesome too. I would have to go with beaches, because I love the feeling on being on a beach.

5. My favourite summer treat are smoothies or milkshakes. I've had so many this summer, as I recently discovered a blender in my cupboard!!

6. My skin tans, extremely easily! I love it!

7. The summer activity I love would have to be doing anything with my friends. The one I despise is waking up early... I had to wake up early yesterday and it wasn't fun. Summer is a time for sleeping in.

8. Something I discovered this summer is how much free time I actually have. I was extremely surprised at this. Because I basically have one group of friends, and there are days when we can't all do things, so I just stay at home all day. But there are also days when I come home from being with friends, and realise I have nothing to do.

9. Here are two outfits I have worn during summer:

Pretty simple one. Leggings from George and top from Topshop. I know this doesn't really look like a summer outfit, but our summer hasn't been all that warm during the end.

Another simple one! Shorts from...somewhere...and top from New Look! This is a more summery outfit I wore at the beginning of the summer. I love this outfit because the shorts are plain, black and boring, but this top sort of emphasizes the whole outfit, because it's so colourful!

10. Something I'll miss from this summer is freedom. Once I'm back in school, I'll be going into year 10, which is the beginning of my GCSE year. It'll be a lot of stress and I probably won't have much free time. As well as school and homework, I'll also be going back to Stage Centre to start Les Miserables, which is our next show! It's going to be bigger than any show we've done, which means a lot more hard work. So yeah, freedom.

Living the London Life

Ahhh London, I love you.

Hello my people. I know I posted a book haul a few days ago, but this isn't just a book haul...this is a random haul, filled with awesome stuff (at least, I think it's awesome). So, today I came back from London. We left Friday and stayed two nights. After my horrible day Wednesday, my mum decided we had to do something to take my mind off it, and since my step-dad was already in London, we decided to go there. Friday we just looked around the shopping centre nearby and went out for tea. Saturday we went to King's Cross Station to see Platform Nine and Three-Quarters, then looked around the British Library. Sunday we went to the aquarium, and today, we shopped! That is why I am here today, typing this on my blog, I want to show you guys what I bought!! Let's jump straight to it...

So the first thing I bought was yesterday!! We went to Covent Garden after the aquarium, and found a macaron shop!!! I bought three, but I ate one...

Today was my major shopping day... First of all, I discovered this shop called "Bershka". It's a clothes shop, and is now one of my favourites. There, I found my first pair of heels, and I love them!!!

Now, today in the U.K, Divergent was released on DVD *cheers*! I couldn't resist not buying it, therefore, I bought that and two others...

Next, I went to the bookshop... All I needed were 4 more books to make it to 100, and that is what I accomplished!!!

And finally, a purchase from Topshop!!!

So that is it for my London haul!! I know this wasn't the most interesting post ever, but I just wanted to share my purchases with you!! Have a lovely morning or afternoon or evening or night!

The Best Friend Tag!

Hello people. Today I am here with two of my best friends Lauren and Lucy! Sorry for the lack of posting this week, but yesterday was a bit of a bad day for me... Although, I did see Cats! It was incredible :) Today, we are going to be doing The Best Friend Tag! Basically, we're just going to be answering some questions about our friendship. Let's get started...

1. How and when did you meet and what were your first impressions?


I met Lucy and Lauren at the same time in year 7. I just sort of remember talking to you in our form room. It was nothing special as far as I remember. My first impression of Lucy was "OMG I LOVE HER HAIR." Also, I thought she was super quiet, but now...all of that has changed... My first impression of Lauren was also "OMG I LOVE HER HAIR!" She was also super quiet, but that has changed as well...

I met Lauren in nursery, so almost 11 years. We were best friends in reception and year one and stayed best friends since. I met Meg when we started school in Year 7 and we became best friends. My first impression of Lauren was that she was really friendly and chatty and we had a lot in common. My first impression of Meg was that she was completely mental and bubbly, which of course was true and she's gotten more mental in the time I've known her. 

I met Lucy in nursery and we've always just clicked. I used to be so jealous of her handwriting! I can't really remember my first impression as I was like 3 or 4 years old and when you are that young you just think everyone is awesome. In year 7 I met Megan, we sat on the same table and instantly clicked. Funnily enough I already knew who she was as I was friends with her step-sister in primary. When I first met Meg I was like she seems so nice and now I've realised how annoying she is and honestly I am only her friend because I feel sorry for her. If you ever meet her however, look at her bum, its lovely.

2. What's your favourite memory together?

Ummmmm... I do not know... Ooh! When I had a sleepover for my birthday with Lucy, Lauren and our friends Katy and Tyler, and we were making a Video Star (we were cool). It was really fun because we were standing on each other's backs and sliding down the stairs on our bum!

My favourite memory has to be winning battle of the bands. At the end of year 8 Megan, Lauren, Katy, Lucy P and I enter the year 8  music competition called Battle of the bands. We wrote our own song and performed it in our form groups, we then got put through to the finals where we had to perform in front of our year. Megan played guitar, Lauren played drums and I played piano whilst Katy and Lucy P sang. They read out the results saying that we'd won and we were all so happy. That has to be my favourite memory.

My favourite memory was on my birthday, 11th October 2013. My birthday was on a Friday and the girls planned a surprise birthday party for me! It was amazing and I don't think I had ever been so happy. Also, they were amazing and got me loads of Maltesers (before I couldn't eat them..) Best. Day. Ever.

3. Describe each other in one word.

Lucy: Beautiful. Everything about her is just lush, I love every part of her.
Lauren: Inspiring. Of course Lauren is beautiful too, but I do really find her inspiring, just in the way she's so healthy and always knows best.

Megan: Mental. She's always hyper and happy, I love it!
Lauren: Positive. She's always happy and thinks optimistically.

Lucy: Trustworthy. No matter what it is, I can always go to her. She always listens and gives me advice; she's like my mother.
Megan: Sloth. Obviously I trust Meg a lot too, but whenever I think of her I always think of sloths, John Green, movies and books. Therefore, sloth.

4. What is the other's dream job? (For this part we decide to pair up and say together)

Lucy and Lauren are in green.
Megan and Lucy are in orange.
Megan and Lauren are in purple.

Lucy and Lauren think that Megan's dream job is to be an actress. Probably more in the theatre than on T.V.

Megan and Lucy think that Lauren is undecided on life. She doesn't really plan for the future. We think she'll probably grab an good opportunity.that comes towards her.
Megan and Lauren think Lucy's probably going to do something with children, as she loves babies!!! She'll live a good life with lots of care towards any child.

5. If could you go anywhere together where would you go?

New York!!! I went with my school in February, it was incredible!! We could go shopping every day and go sightseeing and IT WOULD BE SO MUCH FUN!!!! We could get lost together :)

Amsterdam!!! The Fault in Our Stars location... But it just sounds so beautiful and it would be a holiday we could just chill out.

DISNEY WORLD!!!!!! WE HAVE ACTUALLY STARTED PLANNING IT!!!!

6. What is something that annoys you about each other?

Lauren is extremely annoying to feed... She can't eat gluten or dairy, which sucks, so she can't eat a lot!! She is healthy, which is good, but we have to prepare special meals for her, awww Lau, I love the fact that you're special! And Lucy... she doesn't admit to ANYTHING about herself!!! The amount of times I call her pretty and perfect, she's just like "NO".

Lauren... Obsessive... Over a lot of things! She gets obsessive over the littlest things, she gets very OCD. And Meg... Her figure!! Because I want a figure like hers, it's not fair.

Lucy!!! She is late for absolutely everything!!! We were supposed to go ice skating together, and I had to wake her up, when I was ready to leave my house. She is never on time... What annoys me about Meg is the fact that she looks good without makeup... She is naturally beautiful!

7. What do you like most about each other's personality?

What I like most about Lucy's personality is that she is always there for me. She's so caring and I can always count on her. Yesterday I was having an extremely bad day, I rang her, and she left our other friends whilst ice skating, to come over and comfort me. I can guarantee that she is the most caring girl you will ever meet. What I like about Lauren's personality is that she can always make me laugh. Today when she came over, I was still a little upset from the previous day, and she just made me laugh. I love that about her. Everything mental and hyper thing she does is hilarious.

The thing I like about Lauren's personality is her kindness. She's kind and considerate to me and other people. And she's always there for people :) And Meg, I love her happiness. She's always optimistic. She's always crazy and mental, and it makes me happy!!

What I love about Meg, is that no matter what's happened, she always manages to smile and her positivity makes me positive. Also, I love how she's so unique and she doesn't care what other people think. And Lucy, I love that when she sets her mind on something, she does it. Anything she's keen to do, she will do it. For example: she wanted to be healthier, and she did. It's really inspiring to see how keen she is.

8. Who takes the longest to get ready?

Lucy... Definitely.

9. What's it like having a best friend who blogs?

Lucy and Lauren don't blog!

I think it's awesome, because if I'm away from her, or if I haven't seen her for a while, I can always look on her blog to see how she is and what she's been up to, and it's really inspiring, because she's done something she wants to do, so I can do something I want to do!

I think it's really cool, because I've always wanted to make a YouTube channel, but I thought everyone would think I was a bit odd; now that Meg blogs, I feel like I can start a YouTube account. Also, I get to be on her blog, and that's pretty awesome.

10. What do you do when you miss each other?

If I miss them, I will usually tell them. I'll text them, call them, do whatever just to feel closer to them. Then we'll make plans to see each other!

I look through old photos we have together and it makes me happy to remember the good times we've had together! And then I'll phone them to make plans to see them soon.

Usually when I miss the girls, I go to my mum straight away, and tell her that I miss them. (I sound like a saddo right now, but I thought I would be honest). And then, I"ll look through photos and text them and remind them how much I love them.

11. What is your best friend talented at? (We're going to do this one in pairs too)

Lucy and Lauren are in green.
Megan and Lucy are in orange.
Megan and Lauren are in purple.

Meg is talented at acting and also, she's really good at geography. (At least our geography teacher says so ;)
Lauren is talented at being healthy. She's always eating healthy food and expresses her healthiness to us.
Lucy is talented at singing. Her voice is incredible. She won't admit it of course, but she really is.

12. What is the other's favourite animal?

Lucy and Lauren are in green.
Megan and Lucy are in orange.
Megan and Lauren are in purple.

Meg has a few favourite animals... Sloths, pigs, koalas and elephants.
Lauren doesn't have a favourite animal, she believes that every animal is beautiful. (Awww)
Lucy's favourite animal is a cat!! She loves them, especially her pet cat, Stripes.

13. If you best friend's house is burning down and their entire family were safe, what do you think they would save and why?

Lucy and Lauren are in green.
Megan and Lucy are in orange.
Megan and Lauren are in purple.

We think Meg would save all her Harry Potter stuff and her favourite books.
We think Lauren would save her special teddy she uses to comfort herself, and maybe her dream catchers. She has a few.
We think Lucy would save her Titanic book her boyfriend gave her, her Granddad's books and special ornaments her Grandma gave her. Those things are really special to her.

14. What is your favourite inside joke you have with your best friends? (All in light blue)

We have one inside joke that we can't exactly share. Other than that, we don't exactly have an inside joke, but we're confusing in the way we all insult each other. If someone new came into our friendship group, they probably wouldn't understand our friendship.

15. What is your favourite film to watch with your best friend? (All in little blue)

The Perks of Being a Wallflower. We've watched it so many times together and love it. Other than that, we don't really watch a film together.
